About Joe D'Achino

Joseph D'Achino entered the industry by shooting and editing rock climbing and skiing packages in 1999. His passion for electronics dates back to the early 80s with the family's first Apple II computer and later building modular radio and computer kits.
His move to Salt Lake City in 1999 would not only accelerate his passion for the outdoors, but provide a backdrop to fuse his love for technology and extreme sports. With a diverse group of both telemark skiing and rock climbing partners he often found himself acquiring video in remote areas accessible by only the most knowledgeable outdoorsmen.
After working for a wide range of technical companies Joseph moved back to NJ in 2003. Here is where he made a breakthrough that accelerated his career. In 2005 he had stumbled across the NJ Final Cut Pro Users Group. There he met Art Aldrich and knew this organization would be a perfect fit to expand his technical and creative understanding of the industry.
Since 2005 Joseph has continually pushed his technical skill set to help design and service organizations which demand a unique skill set to be highly competitive. Joe's ability to refine his range of skills has given him the opportunity to be an integral part of video crews both domestically and abroad.
When Joseph is not upgrading his grey matter he finds time to cohost the same NJ Final Cut Pro User group that helped accelerate his career.
